Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update #7 – We Are Seeing Patients Again!
With an abundance of caution and new procedures designed to keep our patients and staff safe during this difficult time, we are pleased to announce that we are now seeing patients again – including new patients!
Our staff have already begun the process of calling out to our existing patients to get their treatment back on track. If you haven’t been contacted yet – don’t worry! We’ll be contacting you soon. A few changes that we have made to our policies that everyone should be aware of and in compliance with:
- All patients and any guardian must wear a mask at all times while inside the practice premises. Follow staff directions at all times with respect to when to remove and wear your mask during your appointment.
- Only the patient may enter the back office for treatment. If the patient is a minor, then 1 parent/guardian may accompany them if necessary.
- Our waiting area is closed. Patients waiting for their appointment to begin will be asked to wait outside or in their car. We will call or text you when it is time to begin your appointment.
